well today i got up at 7:30 ate some oatmeal and went to work out.there are no weights here so i used the pull up bar and ran two miles.i got in about 930 and now i am preparin for lunch. nuthin happenin out of the ordinary so far.i seen that gangstar/GURU died the other day .so sad, i remeber when he came out in the eighties.well that's it for now.i will return after lunch. lance
