As you may already know, Federal prisons don't provide inmates with the best workout facilities.In fact, many of today's federal prisons are not equipped with a workout facility at all.So, we as prisoners have to be creative and dedicated to achieve our goals of staying in shape and maintaining good health. The most essential thing when working out for good health or staying in shape is to maintain a healthy diet and staying consistent with your exercise routine. Don't cheat yourself.For instance, when performing an exercise, do it the correct way.Don't do more than your body can handle, with this in mind, you'll see results and no injuries.
